Plate G5.no12: Tree Canopy – Dresden (Germany)

I’ve been to Dresden a couple of times. Its impossible not to think on its past – yet that past does not corrupt, and I took tremendous heart from my more recent visit, as my heart at the time was in need of rejuvenation. The city itself seemed to both understand and salve, willingly and without expectation.
I wasn’t expecting to feel so comforted, as I was not expecting to find myself sheltered so delightfully beneath this canopy, dappled in speckles of light shaped into such curious origin.
