Through the Arched Window: Great Wall of China*

One is never far away from a watchtower on the Great Wall of China – and in turn, one is never far away from an aperture, usually being formed by some type of arched profile.
I took a series of photographs through these openings, where and when a view seemed to be dynamically and purposefully framed. This is one of three in this gallery. No surprise there is a watchtower in the distance.
